When to Make Payment

Ruskystamps BUDGET GREYSCALE stamp album complete page sets are often ex-stock, but DELUXE COLOUR & GREYSCALE complete page sets are normally printed to order only. We require payment in FULL at the time of placing your order, including all shipping and any tax charges that apply. When your album pages are ready for dispatch, we will notify you accordingly by email. Your order will only be dispatched after all payments have fully cleared.

Methods of Payment

UK ORDERS (Sales via this website)
Payment can be made by PayPal (£GBP), Cash in GBP Sterling (send at your risk), Personal Cheques (£GBP), Postal Orders (£GBP), Cashiers Cheques (£GBP), or CHAPS/ BACS (£GBP) Transfer (click here for our bank account details). Sorry but we do not accept company cheques or Western Union money orders. Please note personal cheques take up to up to 10 working days ('working' days are Mon to Friday excl. national holidays) to fully clear our building society bank account - so please be patient.

PayPal: If you chose to pay online via this website (UK only), your payment will be collected through Paypal, an eBay company authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. When your album pages are ready for dispatch, we will notify you by email. Goods will only be shipped to "Confirmed" PayPal addresses - this is MOST IMPORTANT so please do not ignore this! If you are not sure what this means, access your PayPal account, check your address status and follow the instructions to "confirm" (verify) your address if required. If you have not yet registered with Paypal, this only takes a few minutes to set up and it's completely FREE for buyers. PayPal (Europe) Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. PayPal FSA Register Number: 226056.

EXPORT ORDERS (Sales via this website)
Payment can ONLY be made by cash-based methods: Western Union Money Transfer (£GBP), Cashier's Checks (£GBP), eMoneyGram (£GBP), Cash in GBP Sterling, EUROS or US Dollars (send cash at your risk - we provide currency conversion rate) or Wired Funds (£GBP) (i.e. bank to bank please click here for our bank account details).
